sa labas ng bahay ni mang jun...

Well, I'm home once again. And I'll be staying here for a week. Yeah, that means I'll be missing a week's worth of review classes. But I'm planning to make up for them in the weekend. Besides, I brought my study materials with me so hopefully I won't lag too far behind.

Anywho, I just finished fixing my nails. You might think it's an easy task but believe me, it's not. I had to remove my nail polish--and I'm telling you, black nail polish isn't the easiest thing to get rid of--then scrape my nails clean again before putting a new layer of polish. Yeah, so I painted them black again. And it took me more than a couple of hours to get them just right. Tsk. Because of this, I acquired newfound respect for those who do manicures and pedicures for a living. Kudos to them all.

Ooh, and yeah I just finished the new banner I made for this blog [look up please!]. Whee! Took me three tries before I got the exact look I was going for, fonts, colors and everything. It may not look like much, but I really squeezed out my creative juices for that. Sorta makes me wonder if I'm really right-brained and all that crap about being more into the arts and everything. Oh well. I'm rather satisfied with the damn thing in the first place and I should think that that's what really matters.

Somehow, in between doing my nails, tinkering with the banner in Photoshop and watching TV, I managed to finish off my cousin's can of Pik-Nik. Haha. What a pig. No wonder I'm gaining weight like crazy. Or so I think. When I got here earlier, they all commented that I'm thinner than before. Err. Whatever. I honestly don’t know what's really happening to my body--if I'm actually gaining or losing weight--and I don't care all that much as long as I'm happy eating the stuff I like and not getting sick. Speaking of getting sick, man, it really sucks catching even the slightest cold--I mean who likes sniffling and getting a Rudolph-like nose?--so I'm now taking in vitamin C. Which I must say is doing me some good since I'm again able to walk in the rain without ending up with a runny nose and all the works. Cheers for that!

And before I forget, I've talked to Franco. Which means I'm okay now. Call me cheesy but just talking to him is enough to get me out of whatever funk I'm in. Haha. I really love that guy.Ü
