Time and again, I'm vindicated with my decision to review at PERCDC. The instructors [called mentors] really do their job well, and go the extra mile besides. It may not seem like much but their occasional anecdotes and pep talks do boost the reviewees' morale. Well, at least mine. It's nice to know that they care somehow.
